      Initially placed through a placement agency, in May 2015 I became a salaried member of the design team at Aduro, an employee wellness and performance company. My design role expanded into a marketing department one as the company grew from 50 to over 200 employees; as I was the chief overseer of over 100 client sub-brands, creating tailored digital and print content and visuals for companies including Dairy Queen, Levi’s, and TiVo. Designed presentations, workbooks and emails for coaching programs that measurably boosted health outcomes for participants. Contributed to the direction and re-branding of Aduro as it launched an app and established a new marketplace sector of “human performance.” Added greatly to the company culture by being a founding member of cross-team committees and by creating a weekly space for employee recognition.
