  As a Manager of Engineering and Development NORESCO I managed the development of proposals and detailed energy audits. This process includes strategic planning, energy analysis, and proposal and contract development. I oversaw teams of account executives, project developers, proposal administrators, lighting, water and mechanical engineers, and construction project managers from the initial competitive stage through construction and implementation. My projects helped customers address budget and infrastructure issues by implementing facility improvements and processes that decrease utility costs while providing upgrades to building systems. Show less Bid manager for NORESCO's successful qualification, technical proposal submission and contract closing for the California State University Fresno's Central Utility Plant Replacement Project. The project includes design, construction and 30 years of ongoing services for the complete replacement of the central heating and cooling plants and distribution, two large carport PV generation systems, in building energy conservation measures across campus and a robust outreach and education program. The combination of the new efficient plants, on site generation and building ECMs achieve a reduction in imported energy by 33% and provide reliable and cost stable heating and cooling to campus for decades to come.
