  A member of the Towneley team since 1990, Heidi provides invaluable institutional memory in an environment where board members serve for specified terms. She has managed client portfolios of multiple mutual funds since that strategy’s infancy, overseeing them with the unflagging commitment normally found only among in-house staff. She attended the University of La Verne and the University of California, Irvine and earned a certificate from MTI Business College.
