  As a Carrier Sales Associate, I did as much research and cold calling as possible to find the best, most cost-effective trucks to move our customers' product and was promoted from an Assistant to Carrier Associate within a few months. I also spent countless hours on the phone problem solving major issues such as truck breakdowns, finding drivers with enough drive time/replacement drivers' mid-delivery, problems loading/unloading at warehouses, etc.

  As the only female Caddy during my five seasons at the Club, and ten seasons back home in Chicago, I faced a lot of doubt but continuously proved to be an invaluable part of the Club. I created a loyal book of business by providing a high level of customer service; reading greens like a book and shaving strokes; being an emotional support Caddy; learning and analyzing each Member's game and the way they like to communicate to provide an individualized experience every round; and most importantly, my whole heart was devoted to being the best possible Caddy I could by learning from the Member's just as much as they were learning from me.
