Apr 2016 - nowCurrent duties:• Data backup and recovery via Commvault and Networker • Expansion of virtual drives of servers Previous duties:• Office 365 - Basic administration via the Office 365 console, troubleshooting issues users encounter, applying licenses for Office 365 and running installations. Assisting O365 Team .• Active Directory management - Ensuring correct group membership requested for users on Active Directory are correct & placed into the correct OU to allow the required Security Group memberships and Group Policies to take effect. Setting up service & elevated accounts as well as Security Groups.• Citrix management – Setting up CAG (Citrix Access Gateway) to allow users to access various applications and systems from HSE Citrix Storefront. Purging accounts when users experience errors.• Data tape exchange/management - Visiting Data Centres in order to swap out the data tapes from the tape library racks.• Training – Instructing members of the Operations team, Service desk and O365 teams .• SCOM - SCOM agent deployment onto requested client servers, setting up monitoring and email alert services on the SCOM console (either via Citrix or RDP). • Share setups – Setting up shares (group and personal) on the required servers, granting access rights, creating appropriate membership security groups (RO & RW) on the AD.
