      The sole Army advisor to the commander of a UK fast jet squadron. Ensuring the smooth delivery of unique training to over 360 role-specific commanders across defence, with a diminishing budget demanding ruthless prioritisation to optimise output. • Integrated differing cultures, intelligence, security, fellow NATO partners and host nation forces into cross-continent operations through an evolving environment and managing change. • Awarded a senior role and rank above to ensure limited resources met operational and training requirements, both in the UK and overseas. • Promoted to the rank of Major during this appointment. • Principle Project Officer for an overseas deployment to Southern France for 3 weeks as part of a wider NATO training mission. A £6MM project, seeing a mix of 62 military and civilian personnel deploy, operate effectively and safe return to the UK. Show less Selected to attend and subsequently pass with the highest grade in what is a very arduous course specifically designed for discreet surveillance operations. The role included generating a robust selection programme from an 800-strong organisation, develop them, train them to the highest standard and deliver a unique capability to the Commanding Officer. This saw me selected above my peers to deploy the whole team to Eastern Africa where it was my responsibility to train 600 men in preparation for combat missions in Somalia. • Developed and executed a training programme from first principles which became East Africa’s ‘best practice’ and subsequently became endorsed by a very senior headquarters as their training model. • Procured and integrated new equipment for the team which enhanced existing and develop new capabilities. • Planned and executed 8-week long training and selection programmes, generating an outstanding team-ethos, sense of achievement and a highly trained organisation. • Due to the success of this appointment a 20-year contract was awarded by the Ministry of Defence at a very challenging and fiercely competitive time.       Leading one of the largest Amazon Logistics teams in the UK, within one of the largest and busiest delivery stations in the UK. Responsible for the safety and experience of up to 200 staff at any one time. Trusted and empowered to deliver: process improvement, career development, team engagement and overall output optimisation. Change manager role as a Level 5 Area Manager within an XL delivery station whose focus was to coordinate, facilitate and advise on change of processes, infrastructure and personnel to optimise station output to fulfill last mile customers. Responsible for all UTR (Under the Roof) activity for process, safety, coordination of sortation and dispatch managing up to 350 people in a fast evolving environment. This role saw me manage and lead the busiest delivery station on the planet - 6.4 million shipments dispatched in the 6 weeks of Christmas 2020. Level 5 last mile operations manager. Accountable and responsible for managing up to and including 180 staff within an ever changing environment.
