  As an employee of CharterBank, I served in many roles on the retail side of the banking industry. Starting out, I was a Customer Service Representative who assisted clients with telephone banking support. After moving into the Teller position, I became face to face with clients and assisted them with in-person transactions, as well as recommended products and services based on their needs. Once in the Personal Banker role, I opened accounts, referred loans, recommended additional products and services, and helped lead efforts within business development. Finally, as the Regional Security Officer, I trained employees on security risks and best practices, interacted/assisted local law enforcement, and assisted with monthly/quarterly audits. Show less
