      Developed a custom CMS solution, developed the current website based on the designs from our Art Director at the time. Currently working on a modern design overhaul of the website from scratch to get it ready for when the game launches. Engaged in community interaction and management, handling multiple social media accounts as well as writing several updates on our website's blog in a consistent manner across all media. Helped bring the project's public presence up to speed to the best extent possible with our limited resources and time. Introduced biweekly blog posts featuring team members, content updates and artwork and updated our social media presence by introducing more consistency and polished marketing materials resulting in an exponential growth in visitors to our website and followers on social media. Personally recruited around 10 people to the team and streamlined the recruitment, contact and interview process to significantly cut down the time it takes to recruit new members. Held team-wide discussions on giving positive & constructive feedback and the dangers of negative attitudes in a volunteer-based team to improve morale.
