    • Texas Inventionworks

      Jan 2022 - Dec 2023

As a student technician, I provided training, advice, and consultation to 100+ students and faculty on their engineering projects. I also operated and repaired a variety of manufacturing machines ranging from consumer level additive manufacturing devices to industrial scale machinery. As a team lead I lead a team of five students in designing and building a pick and place machine for automating the placement of surface mount devices onto PCB boards. As President of Texas Inventionworks, I oversee all operations concerning the space. I constantly interact with both student staff and professional staff to organize tasks, prioritize objectives, and meet deadlines. I provide the student staff with the information, resources, and support they need to complete their assigned tasks and keep the facility running. As Vice President, I am responsible for managing staff, daily operations, and internal projects of the 10 labs at Texas Inventionworks. I also communicate with company representatives visiting the space about the services and resources being offered to students and research at the university. As my personal commitment, I have tasked myself with generating documentation for policies, management and navigation of the space and its facilities.

I analyzed product assembly revisions to predict impact at all stages of manufacture, delivery, and utilization. I also reviewed engineering project data files across a product assembly of 100+ files for accurate version control then revised, implemented, and documented updates made to assembly drawings and parts lists in internal database to maintain up to date records of changes across all referenced parts and related objects.
