  In a phenomenal 20+ years journey, I worked with some of the most talented teams in the industry who were determined to stay at the cutting edge of innovation and appreciated how value and credibility were attained by driving operational excellence at everything we did, by seeing the world through the lenses of our customers.During the last 10 years I led an organisation with 21 direct reports responsible for all aspects of corporate real estate across 250 locations, 5m square feet across 80 countries, focusing on global site strategy and connected workplace programmes. Through participation in multiple Country Leadership Boards we were able to focus on adding value, driving operational rigour, relevancy and extensive external customer engagements. My workplace resources team enabled Cisco to grow, acquire and became a true business partner. Focus: portfolio optimisation, complex transactions and integration of acquisitions. Introduced an end to end process framework as a model of operation. Introduced portfolio flexibility to support growth through the connected workplace solution and global site strategy. Led a team of portfolio managers/CRM with delivery responsibilities and a global team that implemented SOX compliance mechanism.
