  In this company, I oversee and structure the development process for various project phases, from the ideation phase, scripting until I present it to the content board for approval.I follow up with content stakeholders on challenges faced in the contracting stage, involving other parties from finance, marketing, legal, and rights management for alignments; this will end up eventually with content curation as heads-up of what to expect in the coming period for marketing and business continuity purposes.I establish a process for the entire content stakeholders, steering a weekly committee of content gathering the creative content commissioners and their executives on what is required to commission, acquire, and buyout, hence presenting it to the board.
