      Staff assistant helps in the office to maintain structure, and organization. Each semester, make a schedule for the front desk that includes: dates, times, class title, room number, and instructors names for each day. It also includes the closing time. In addition to this, make a calendar with all the closing times, and one that has all the events for the month. Do various assignments for the director, help students and faculty. There are times you need to report issues to Schooldude.com. Must be able to use Ellucian Colleague, use Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Answer phone and help with questions. It helps to know the entire 139,000 sq. ft. facility. Show less
