I ran a pilot project where we recovered long outstanding cases and clawed back overpayments from the city council. I also led a housing management team and ensured that our KPI were achieved. Reducing voids, turning them around promptly, refining the lettings procedure, looking at customer service standards, tendering contracts for services eg gardening, winow cleaning, landscaping. I possess an ILM level 7 in Leadership and Management which I studies with the Academy for Sustainable Communities.   I am working with a number of housing organisations across the country. I advise organisations how to develop digital inclusion, financial inclusion and how to tackle worklessness amongst their customer base. I have spent three years developing a model which worked in terms of attracting funding and a customer base. I have further developed this model by bringing the three areas of work together and developing a training module. This module supports organisations to teach their customers, recruit digital champions to teach customers or the materials can be purchased for organisations to teach their own staff to dedicate time to their customers. A lot of colleges provide basic I T training and this service adds value to that as the customer benefits from the content which is tailored to suit the needs of a registered social landlord. The courses can be accredited and their is also an option to access low cost affordable equipment with access to a model for broadband and wifi. Part of the service I offer is to cost all the options and to source funding if needed. I also provide consultation, analysis and feedback if baseline info is required prior to any project work.
