  From Fall 2015 to Summer 2016, I held a hybrid position as a bedside nurse with the additional responsibilities of teaching didactic and skills content to new graduates and coordinating our unit's NRP, STABLE and BLS offerings. Since Summer 2016, I have provided rounding bedside education to our new graduate nurse residents utilizing a clinical faculty model. Unit-based nurse educator for a large level IV neonatal intensive care unit, with three areas of focus: coordinating the on-boarding and orientation of RN/GN new hires, serving as coordinator for a new neonatal neurologic nursing team, and directing our unit's neonatal acute care courses. I also assisted with unit education related to nursing practice issues. Full-time night shift position in a tertiary neonatal ICU. Served as a clinical coach and briefly as an ECMO specialist prior to moving into a unit educator role.
