      The QWBC specializes to empower women to fully participate in the economy; to connect them to other women business owners and to business development resources in our community; and help them further develop the capacity to start and grow their business. Specifically, QWBC assists entrepreneurs and business owners through one-on-one counseling, specialized workshops and training courses, and microloan resources. Currently, the QWBC's signature event is the Power Networking Series were includes roundtable sessions, collaborative networking, and social mixers that allow women business owners to learn new skills from local industry leaders but also to share information with each other; hosting between 20-40 people per event. This year’s topics have included: Marketing, Branding, Pitching your Business, Web Development, and Financing. Show less
