Managed the Cadmidium team in the execution of their duties to ensure successful and timely delivery of contracted deliverables and outputs for the complex HGM ACQ Project during the Assessment Phase. Project managed and lead a team of 6 technical consultants in the delivery of the Cadmidium elements of the NCHQ Maritime HGM Discovery project within tight timescales and on budget. Discovery entailed carrying out discovery and production of reports of CIS capabilities across all ships and submarines. 96% of the Fleet were successfully surveyed within a 3-month period.Implemented the Cadmidium Project Management Governance Principles and Policy to standardise and provide direction on the delivery of all projects to ensure they are conducted using best practice and to meet portfolio, programme and project performance, cost and time parameters.
