  Youth Branches & Tournaments Organizing, Scouting etc.I organized the WKS Slask Wroclaw Branches project together with Sporting Director and Chief of Scouts. We built structures that allow to: arrange training groups for players in age 7-12 and organize tournaments/matches within our club's project (Lower Silesia ; south-west region of Poland).My role was pretty wide: meeting local (towns, counties) authorities, negotiating therms of collaboration, writing official agreement, set the appointments with club's president (paperwork, signatures, media), cooperate with local coaches, organizing events (arranging schedule, game rules dependent on field/time/location/number of teams), running website: www.FilieWKSSlask.pl ), collaboration with club's marketing/promotion department to secure a good image of Branches Project.Our goals were:- to extend youth teams under Śląsk structure in our region- to build Slask Wroclaw brand internally (and also abroad) within youth area- to interest young generation from Lower Silesia of becoming Śląsk's players & fanbase in future- to stimulate local societies to keep their children in health via sport way of personal development (alongside values like: honesty, tolerance, open mind attitude etc.)Specialties: all duties related to the project described above Show less
