I joined 3 months after they expanded to the UK from Australia, progressing over a period of 7 years.   Serco runs public sector contracts worldwide. I moved from London to Birmingham to work in this new division, on the Flexible New Deal contract, valued at £250m. This was the first 100% subcontractor delivery model in the industry.Built effective/productive relationships with 5 designated subcontractors on a new multi-million pound government contract start-up. Interpreted performance data on a daily basis - conducted regular performance reviews to identify capability gaps to forge improvement. Produced Improvement Plans to support subcontractors in establishing appropriate strategies to overcome gaps, utilising step-in interventions when required.
