This coursewill be conducted in “live” disaster environments where providers canexpect challenging scenarios and where medical care is brought directlyto the patient. These specialized environments include concretestructural collapse, confined space and motor vehicle crash/entrapment.Advanced airway management will be expected prior to victim removalwith the goal of improving patient outcome.Technical Rescue Medical Specialist Course: -for the practicing TRT paramedic who wants to learn appropriatepatient management in the technical rescue environment.
