  I was in charge of a 120MW Coal Based Power Plant which included all operational activities in Boiler area, Turbine area, Compressor House, and Ash Plant. I was responsible for Load demand fulfillment, equipment performance monitoring, equipment changeover, safe isolation of equipment undergoing maintenance, identifying problem and finding their solution, maintenance of critical performance parameters like vacuum, Heat Rate, etc. I also maintained proper documentation of plant performance parameters for analysis and performance improvement projects. I handled all kinds emergencies that rose due to internal factors like Boiler Tube Leakage, Mill Chokage, etc and also due to external factors like Grid disturbances. I also possess some exposure to maintenance particularly in non destructive testing.
