  I had the opportunity to complete my internship semester with Scoobe3D, which is a start-up company that specializes with 3D scanning technology. I was apart of the Hardware development department and also the R&D/Product development which gave me the exposure about the industry and also the process involved in developing a product. However, I also had the opportunity to assist the Marketing department as the number of employee in the start-up company was small. My task during my internship was :-- Completed multiple task with guidance from senior colleague to learn more about the 3D scanning industry- Working with time constraint and goal oriented environment - Directly involved in product development stage by producing manufacturing instruction and guide prior to series production of product- 3D designing of assembly parts using Autodesk- Managed the coordination and cooperation with the suppliers to ensure smooth logistics of the individual components- Was responsible in the quality assurance test for the manufactured parts - Conducted an assembly using essential parts and components of the product to carry out functionality test Show less
