  Worked from scheme design stage in 2010 to construction stage for the major new strategy railway development in HK named Shatin to Central Link project.My major role was the Design Management Engineer -E&M to manage the design and construction works for the railway works and re-provisioning works such as Hin Keng station and SCL Diamond Hill railway station, ventilation buildings, auxiliary buildings and depot for Shatin to Central Link, modification of Ma On Shan Rail, Tai Wai Depot and Kwun Tong Line Diamond Hill Station etc..For re-provisioning works, it has included with AFCD animal management centre (completed in 2013), LCSD playgrounds, Public Transportation Terminus and Indoor Games Hall etc..   I am serving the Cluster Manager (Facility Management) for the Hong Kong West Cluster Hospitals and staying in Queen Mary Hospital and manage different HKWC hospitals including Tsan Yuk Hospital, Grantham Hospital, Tung Wah Hospital, Fung Yiu King Hospital, The Duchess of Kent Children's Hospital at Sandy Bay and MacLehose Medical Rehabilitation Centre with HKWC GOPCs.I am involving the master planning, facility management and operation of the most challenge hospital redevelopment projects for Queen Mary Hospital and Grantham Hospital and 10 year plan for hospital redevelopment and improvement projects for HK West Cluster.The phase 1 of the redevelopment of Queen Mary Hospital is the relocation of Clinical Pathology Building, University Pathology Building to Senior Staff Quarter (SSQ).In 2024, I am leading the team to prepare the T&C works with EMSTF and FM team for preparation to move-in to QMH redevelopment project - Clinical Block 1.
