  Responsible for providing operational support for EDI processes, analyze, debug and resolve issues for all EDI related transactions. Ensure smooth operations and quick resolution to issues, working with trading partners and providers to support activities for existing and new transaction types as trading partners are brought on board. Collaborated with other team members to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest possible level.
