I harmonize work-plan submission on a quarterly basis and monitor the performance against the set targets.· Compile monthly reports from the Pharmaceutical information portal (PIP) to assess performance and effectiveness of medicine management supervisors.· Quality order improvement through supporting Medicine management supervisors and facility in-charges in ordering for essential medicine and health supplies including ART and ARV commodities at the joint medical stores.· Coordinate activities in SPARS roll out at the bureau facilities alongside bureau staff members to consolidate medicine management in the PNFP sector.· Stage meetings on a monthly basis at the bureau to discuss issues arising and found possible solutions for improvement for both the personnel and the facilities being supported through the Uganda Health Supply Chain.· Coordinate activities that help support medicine management supervisors in using of computer software and submission of reports to be generated into the DSDS/PIP for assessment of facility performance.· Train and orient replacement medicine management supervisors in conducting of SPARS activities and providing IT knowledge to kick-start performance.
