  My main goal was delivering a complete unique experience to guests in my stores. I accomplished this by:- Conflict resolution- Superior organization and marketing skills for our product- Hiring and maintaining a great staff so repeat guests would feel more familiar- Creating vendor partnerships through networking to host events for up to 350 peopleI accomplished this while exceeding all sale quotas and training other stores to do the same. I was able to take the Vallejo, CA location that had the worst Pro Membership sign-ups in the district to the 2nd top selling in the company after just 4 months of taking it over. After taking over the Napa, CA location I was able double it's yearly sales and get the store title "Prestige" that comes from a certain abundance of positive customer surveys compared to transactions made. The San Rafael, CA location had a store walk out so I went to temporarily run the store by working 70+ hours for the first couple of weeks. After hiring the new store's team and setting it's inventory to exceptional standards, it was also able to get the title of Prestige with the team I put in place. Out of our district of 12 stores, 7 of them were led by Store Managers that I had hired as associates then promoted up and out to their own stores as a Store Manager myself. Show less

  IT Placement Engineer

  I was tasked with the day-to-day issues that happened for all users at Lincoln Surgical Hospital including its branches such as Eye Surgical Associates, Nebraska Surgery Center, and Sutton Dermatology and Aesthetics. The users would call, email, or create a ticket that I responded to by troubleshooting, diagnosing, then resolving either remotely or by going on-site. In a typical day I would be working on projects in M365 Admin portals, working within Active Directory, and making adjustments to the software and hardware on workstations. I documented my steps thoroughly, in a ticketing system called Connectwise. As a side project, I started cleaning up and adding to the documentation we had on LSH. I updated old documents, added pictures and highlights, and added numerous new documents. I reorganized the file system to follow a flow that you would expect to go through as you troubleshoot. That way new employees could easily flow from one relevant document to the next without wasting time on steps because they don't where to start or end. Show less

  I work directly with clients, managing all or part of conversion and startup projects. I am engaged in projects from beginning to end, playing a key role in participating in discovery, data spec review, system configuration, testing, project management, and implementation.In addition to my normal duties, I do all the storing, processing, and tracking of MFA Hard tokens for our lite-hosted clients.I started, and lead, an ERG group on-site called YoPro (Young Professionals). The purpose of this group is to create a place for employees new and old to network. They can ask questions and get answers, set up mentorships, share best practices, and anything else that can further develop talent. I created and monitor a Teams chat for the group, I publish quarterly newsletters, I run events for the group, and I host meetings.I was also put on the Lincoln Leadership Committee. In this, we have high level conversations about the state of affairs and the direction we need to go in regard to the Lincoln campus. Show less
