Some of my tasks included prioritizing the laboratory’s received dental cases and making daily operations more efficient by ensuring the order/ticket aligned with the correct pan color. This resulted in improved workflow and created an organized system of operation. Additionally, to enhance everyday procedures, maintain zero accidents, and lessen the chances of safety risks, I opted for safety and health measures while operating casting machines or dental ovens. Furthermore, by adopting a customer-first culture in the workplace, I provided impeccable customer service by promptly answering patient queries and delivering solutions for treatment plans.
