       Lead norhth Chnia team fully responsible for the business development and customer maintenance of all railway systems and national leading enterprises in north China. Responsible for the pre-project planning, organize the formulation of the overall project plan, follow up the project implementation progress and write the progress report;  Communicate and coordinate with the government departments and business partners, adjust the work according to the feedback and promote the implementation of the project. Develop railway customers in north China through railway agent resources and cold call. Regularly visit and maintain cooperative customers, obtain important projects and develop customized plans.  Work with HQ, collate primary bidding information, analyze bidding documents, scoring parameters, review bidding documents and complete the whole bidding process. Team building and recruitment, analyze business data, conduct work review and evaluate all team members.  Get the first business contract with subway system which worth 10.5million yuan. Contribute 256 million yuan by the team accounting for 23% of the company's total revenue from May 2014 to June 2015. Conduct the first contract for transnational railway project. Successfully complete the contract negotiation and increased the project profit from 5% to 10%.
