I also gained familiarity with Sage accountancy software, learnt various fees and taxes that property owners are responsible for and the importance of contracts in establishing rights and responsibilities for all parties involved. Oversaw the crafting of these documents to ensure compliance with planning regulations and to effectively communicate design intent. Gained valuable insights into the role of a team leader within an architectural firm. Observed and participated in leadership meetings, understanding how to effectively coordinate and guide a project team. Observed the implementation of an effective quality assurance (QA) system for Revit drawings. This included learning best practices for maintaining accuracy and consistency in architectural drawings.
