  Performing production operation in accordance with manuals, guidelines, checklists.  Maintain process log sheet and records. Monitor the production process to ensure efficient and safe outputs. Adheres to standard operating procedure and conduct required in process quality checks to identify and resolve issues during processing.  Operation as per standard operating procedure and monitor the critical control parameter.  Experience of handling reactions such as: - Chlorination, Crystallization, Hydrolysis, Leaching, Purification.  Knowledge of safety system / Permits in company (Hydrants, Fire extinguishers and other safety terminology.  Implementation of 5s at workplace and knowledge about HAZOP study.  Co-ordinating with store department for day-to-day requirements of raw materials, packing materials and consumables.  Co-ordinating with Maintenance department for any type of equipment breakdown.  Co-ordinating with QC department for QC of intermediates and finished goods.  Maintain good housekeeping of production area and production equipment.  Supervision of Labour / contract Labour.
