Replying customers all requests about any issue which is related to our import process & informing about the import process revisions which we receive from our agencies.• Arkas Logistics always has a connection with the 3rd parties like agencies at all ports all over the world. Those agencies has offices & warehouses at the related ports. Their main aim is to finish stuffing of the correct orders into the containers considering our instructions which should be parallel with our customer’s requests. • My position is to be the bridge between customers & shippers by the help of our agencies at ports. I have to give the best service to our customer. Consolidation & container efficiency is our base. So it is so important to clear the cargoes on time into TR. • Following updated ETD & ETA details of our shipments checking from carriers’ reports & line’s tracking websites. If there are huge discrepancies then it is planned, chase for the reason of the delays with carriers with also informing Inbound Logistics team too. • Checking LSE In Transit Report(which is pulled from infornexus system) daily. • Chasing for missing PRE-ALERTs or missing doc.or updated doc. from 3PL, or carrier side.• Checking & updating our payment dates on Easer.• Requesting vendor payments from finance for Sea + Truck payments(Once in a week) & for air(daily) before arrivals.• Sharing bank transfers with vendors & giving information to them about payment issues after their cargoes are shipped. • Checking & chasing for missing arrival notice & D/O from carriers.• Pushing carriers if we have missing summary declaration approvals. • Checking “BL surrender report” for BD & PK shipments. If any HBLs which are not TELEX released yet, taking the related actions with pushing 3PL for HBLs to be surrendered before arrivals of the cargoes into TR.• Managing 3rd parties(3PL, Carriers & customs broker) to improve our operational process. • Checking invoices received from 3rd parties(customs broker fee’s, freight inv....etc.)• Opening & Closing the import & export files.• Issueing STO Export invoices• Missing PCS claiming process• Entering Delivery Dates to DC & Missing CC dates @ infornexus which is shown on LSE KPI Air &Sea&Rail+OTIF report.• Penalty tracking with full actions and communications. • ITKIB Green Status Registry• OKSB renewal of LS Istanbul• POA to EI renewal• Preparing Weekly Report for Trade Compliance Director which shows pending TR PO’s status.
