Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of all applications, critical network components, and the daily operational stability of FCT’s mission critical IT applications and services. Operated a national Service Desk, based on ITSM (ITILV3) to handle customer and user issues. The Service Desk provided services to all of the major Canadian Banks and over 1000 internal staff.
