      Implemented selection assessment centers the Royal Canadian Navy; specifically for Maritime Tactical Operators, Maritime Tactical Operator Team Leads, Clearance Divers, and Clearance Diver Officer. Managed all aspects of the selection process from assessment center design, implementation, training, recruiting, and conduct. Lead personnel selection officer for the implementation of a new RCN recruiting initiative, the Naval Experience Program (NEP). Responsible for managing the transfer of NEP sailors into occupations in the RCN, the provision of career counselling, performance metrics and program analytics to support evidence-based decisions related to the program. Managed competing research projects for various stakeholders (e.g., Airforce, Army, Navy) including the scoping of projects, financial requirements, project completion, report writing, and presentation of results to client.
