  I managed a team of 20 members which is ultimately responsible for Purchase to Pay accounting services of Accounts Payable and Payment Pun for 15 Siemens companies across Europe and the Middle East. During this time I have brough significant FTE savings, and increased efficiency through automation initiatives, digitalization projects and people development. I was responsible for 2 teams under Financial Shared Services, totaling 25 people, and for all Accounting Processes including Accounts Payables, Payment Run, Accounts Receivables, Cash & Bank and General Ledger of 7 Siemens companies located in Turkey. During this time I brought much needed stability to the team, brought extensive improvements in both MTO and closing processes and piloted new AP automations and smart closing tools. Within Financial Shared Services, I was responsible for Accounts Payable and Payment Run for all 7 companies of Siemens in Turkey and managing a team of 15 people. The team was going through a critical phase before I joined, and I managed to stabilize it, and our processes, by focusing on cooperation, quality, knowledge preservation, increasing motivation, and implementation of rigorous controls. I was responsible for General Ledger and Fixed Asset accounting for a Siemens Romanian company, as part of Financial Shared Services. During this time I was also occasionally supporting for Accounts Payables. Most notably while working there I was instrumental in taking over additional tasks from our HUB team, bringing efficiency increases for our closing processes.
