I took care of all the Process related and Daily Operations for the Teams to ensure they are meeting Client Deliverables. Took the role of an Acting Manager that helped me to develop and learn Operational activities. As a Process specialist, managed a team of 15 people and acted as the complete support in terms of Process and Training the New Hires on the Mortgage Process. Along with the Process support, I have learned People Management to grow in the career. Mentored the Team in terms of Process and ensured they are performing well above the expectations. I was into one of the process in Mortgage Process dealing with Property Validation. Learned the process to the best and sustained being the Top Performer.
