  As an account executive I worked directly with our members, encouraging their participation in the chamber's activities. In the year I worked there I organized 12 events for members, from business breakfast to the Chamber's annual cocktail where over 200 companies participated. I worked closely with 40 companies and their executives. After completing the program, I was asked to supervise a group of the following generation of trainees, in charge of setting the objectives per month and ensuring that the trainees met them. As a result I got one of my trainees to attain the first place in the program. Selected over 200 candidates, I was of prospecting and contacting potential members of the Chamber. In the process, I had to meet with CEOs and Directors of the companies and explain them the different benefits of joining the Chamber. I had communication with over 400 companies, met 200 senior executives and associated 35 companies in 6 months, achieving a second place in the program.
