      I enjoy helping my listing clients with preparing their homes for sale. The saying is very true: The way you live in your home and the way you sell your house are two completely different things. Two services that I provide at no charge to my clients are Staging, whether that involves them just packing, decluttering and me rearranging some of their things, or bringing in pieces from my inventory to help the house look as "model like" as possible, I help them with whatever needs they have to get the home as show ready as possible. Once ready, a professional photographer comes in and takes unbelievably beautiful pictures of the property to make sure it does not go unnoticed on the internet or any marketing materials.
