Designed the plan around the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle which was also used for annual classroom innovation projects.• Guided faculty through a mid-year transition to Moodle Learning Management System for all on-ground courses in January 2018 and a second transition of all online and on-ground to Canvas during the COVID-19 stay at home order for implementation in June 2020.• Led a successful multi-site accreditation visit by the Higher Learning Commission and wrote the corresponding pre-visit report.• Completed the HLC Assessment Academy application and HCC was accepted into the Assessment Academy starting in Fall 2021.• Wrote an Interim Monitoring Report for the Higher Learning Commission due April 2020. The report was accepted with no further monitoring assigned.• Served as an integral team member for HCC’s Comprehensive Quality Review site visit from the Higher Learning Commission in March 2018.
