    A passionate, certified and accomplished project management professional having enviable & unique distinction of having worked in oil & gas, power and steel & mining sectors. Worked on projects of various sizes (upto USD 4.0 billion), complexity, single & multi-projects environment in India and overseas; at project sites and home offices - gaining & deploying interdisciplinary experience across project lifecycle and much needed ability to contextualise & deploy best for the purpose. Worked in the core teams of world's largest grass root refinery & petrochemical project (RIL Jamnagar, India) and India's first Ultra Mega Power Project (5x800 MW) (Mundra, India). Repeatedly demonstrated abilities of recruiting, training and leading project control teams (team size upto 50); developing & institutionalizing project control processes in varied project environment and industries. Special interest in developing and institutionalizing systems & processes; to synergies 'art & science' of project management. Worked at best in class organizations viz. Was responsible for providing end to end solution including planning systems conceptualisation, deployment and team building & training.
