      As an associate with Sanctum Law, I was part of teams advising land owners and developers on joint development agreements ("JDA"), food and beverage companies on corporate structuring, contractual laws, dispute resolutions and white-collar crimes. As a litigating counsel, I have assisted the firm in representing clients in several high-profile constitutional matters before the Hon'ble High Courts of Delhi, Karnataka and Gujarat, arbitration proceedings arising out of breach of JDA, interim reliefs under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), criminal and civil disputes pertaining to succession, offences under the Indian Penal Code, 1860, money laundering and service disputes before the Central Administrative Tribunal amongst others. Further, I was assigned to argue a complex appeal ('COMAP') arising out of the dismissal of the Section 9 application before the division bench of Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka, convoluted questions under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 insofar as its applicability to villa projects before the Civil and Sessions Court, Bangalore, criminal petitions for quashing of First Information Report ("FIR") for offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and IPC arising out of a commercial transaction.
