   Monitor the routine preventive maintenance practice exhibited by team members. Ensure no generator is allowed to be overdue for service. Ensuring that all escalated faults are attended to under 1 hour and resolved under 30 minutes and should escalate to the Technical Manger when taking longer than 45mins to close the issue. Ensuring that all faults on site are timely reported by team members for necessary approvals and follow up till such approvals are gotten. Ensuring that all approved non routine jobs is completed less than 2 days and if not should be able to give convincing reasons for the delay. Ensuring that spot checks are done effectively when requested and do proper analysis of such reports before sending it to the Technical Manager. Ensuring that the process for diesel delivery to site is strictly adhered to. Ensuring that Optimum performance of hybrid is perfectly utilized. Hybrid troubleshooting with remote support from vendors (Hauwei/ZTE). Escalate all hybrid related faults/issues to appropriate quarter for proper rectification or if need be for declassification to regular sites. Monitor the diesel usage and PHCN availability per site and send weekly reports on this. Managing the In – House Team Continuous Performance monitoring through KPI/MTTR/KPA and continual improvement. Ensuring that the teams meet and exceed the contractual obligation (SLAs).  Doing any other cognate duties delegated by Superior officers and management in the area. Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports Show less
