   Re-disclose all fees associated with conventional and government loans according to loan type and within RESPA and Regulation Z guidelines in order to create new Truth in Lending and Good Faith estimate documents. Input data from credit files into NCM’s TMO/AS400 system. Reprint new disclosure packets to merge with the credit file and to mail out to our customers. Prep new credit files for onsite underwriting and prepped new offsite underwritten files for data entry. Order flood certificates for 1st and 2nd mortgages and notified our brokers if any property is within a flood zone needing flood insurance. Handle incoming underwriting and closing queue calls and if needed re-routed calls to the appropriate personnel. Audit TIL’s on closed loans using Brooks software to make sure the APR and total finace charge were within compliance guidelines. Audit closed loan files to make sure all required documentation was in closed loan package VIA checklist. Act as a backup for our Compliance Auditors and Shippers.
