Trained personnel for the first phase of the production. We produce carpet by Dornier looms which face side has been white schenille and back side cotton.The carpet patterns on the transfer printing paper are transferred to the fabric by the sublimation technique in the calender machine.Responsible for processes of non-slip glue to the back side of carpet, longitudinal cutting, longitudinal sewing automation, width cutting, width overlock, tassel sewing, quality control, winding, packaging and warehouse.
