      Worked in call Center of World on line ( Internet Service Provider ) now it is known as Link.net and provided services on calls and to some walk in customers as well who used to face issues like slow internet browsing and inquiring about credit packages being offered and other information. Customers used to walk in at the service center along with their systems for the prompt resolution of their queries. We used to entertain them as well at our centres It was a good working experience for them.

      Experience of working in three business centres of Mobilink in lahore for 3 years and 6 months. I was responsible for attending daily walk in customers who used to come for the replacement of sims, billing issues, bill payments, handset related issue , network issues etc. I tried to give them good experience of services with prompt resolution of their queries/issues within turn around time. There were tasks which we were able to resolve promptly and for some of the tasks used to get pending and for that we had to interact with other departments to get customer work done.
