I also assist in maintenance planning, taking into account the day-to-day manpower, ensuring that scheduled maintenance will have sufficient manpower requirements. As an Executive Engineer in Rolling Stock, I take charge of Engineering Projects, such as the Shakedown Programme and Noise Measurement. The projects assigned are attuned to modules taught in University education, allowing me to leverage on academic knowledge to value-add to the aforementioned projects.
