  Directed inspection planning/scheduling/analysis for 60+ AFMC units. Supervised eight personnel responsible for development and implementation of Inspector General (IG) processes and policies. Developed Command inspection strategies and performance criteria to conduct inspections of AFMC acquisition processes through Compliance Inspections and Operational Readiness Inspections. Led inspection teams from 5 to 100+ inspectors.
