      Developed and assembled the first prototype of an instrumented pole designed to measure glacier melt. Utilized electronics such as the Raspberry Pi Pico, accelerometer, and ultrasonic sensor, along with programming software, to process data and analyze the relationship between pole vibration and the length of the exposed pole. The project is aimed at advancing data collection methods for glaciology research in extreme environments.

My partner Aleix Toews and I were thrilled to present this topic as a sustainable and innovative technology to help solve the plastic waste problem and create a circular economy for plastics.
