  At Rebel Recruitment, we don't do 'typical' recruitment. We were founded on the belief that being honest, non-salesy and dependable could go hand in hand with being a successful IT recruitment company. We genuinely listen to our customers and offer a service that would pleasantly surprise most employers and candidates. As an ethical business we also commit to giving 1% of all our fees to charity.Although I’m a Director within the company, my day to day job is as a hands on recruiter, covering most roles across the IT spectrum. Traditionally, I’ve been a Test Recruitment Specialist and have a great network of candidates that I work with within the Midlands. I regularly work with passive candidates (people who are not actively looking for work), tapping into my personal network and reaching out to candidates most recruiters aren't aware of. Show less
