Amendments handled without failure and within deadlines;c. All Bills of Lading are issued within 3 days prior to the vessels’ departure.• In order to ensure strict adherence to the key objectives so assigned, the responsibility includes handling the entire export documentation process, as per the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures, from Electronic Shipping Instruction (ESI) Receipts to issuing and releasing the Bill of Lading (B/L). This includes, but not limited to:• Checking and verification of B/Ls’ data against respective system i.e. Pakistan Automated Customs Computerised System (PACCS) and Non-PACCs data, so received from the ports’ terminal operators;• Checking and verification for discrepancies between B/L and PACCS reports and the terminal receipts thereof, ensuring discrepancies (if any) are timely resolved prior to the vessels’ departure i.e. within two days.• Checking and verification for any unacceptable clause before issuance of the original bill of lading;• Releasing the original bill/seaway bill on the respective interfaces i.e. web and non-web, thereby ensuring: Show less
