This includes finishing up choreography, mixing music, preparing costumes, arranging transportations and most importantly encouraging the performers. My responsibility includes facilitating the dance activities in the troupes. A facilitator must ensure that the participants are able to follow the choreography given, improving their technique and skills, as well as having fun with new styles of dance every week.The troupes that I have facilitated including: Melbourne Troupe, Preston Troupe and Dandenong Troupe.
