  As an administrative coordinator, I manage the daily operations for the Nursing Program at Montgomery College. I supervise the administrative support staff, encourage and implement college policies as related to the department, and promote positive relations between our students and employees and external partners.   In this position I provide strategic oversight and leadership support to the Dean of Health Sciences/Director of Nursing, including facilitating initiatives to maximize office effectiveness and annual planning processes.
